By registering an account on this platform or using any of its services, you voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Account Registration and Security

Each user may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

  • Proof of ownership of a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay)
  • Most recent bank statement or utility bill

Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Passwords should not be shared with any third party. If unauthorized use is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately. bk9911 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to an account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Guidelines

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at bk9911: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. Deposits are generally processed instantly. Depositing via a third-party bank account or payment method is prohibited — deposits must be made from an account registered in the user's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Guidelines

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Once a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if identity verification is incomplete.
  • bk9911 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

The platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the applicable exchange rate and any associated charges are the user's responsibility.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳34,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Conditions

The welcome bonus must meet a 20x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. This means that if the bonus amount is ৳1,200, a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each promotional offer may be claimed only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
  • bk9911 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
  • If a bonus policy violation is found, the bonus may be forfeited.
  • Certain games or categories may be excluded from bonus wagering — please refer to the detailed terms of each offer.

4.4 VIP Program

The bk9911 VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is listed below:

  • Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity. bk9911 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fraud and Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any of them are detected, the account will be immediately closed and associated funds may be forfeited:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Placing calculated bets to exploit bonus schemes (bonus abuse).
  • Using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated software to play games.
  • Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game in collusion with other players.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to damage the platform through hacking, phishing, or cyberattacks.

5.2 Account Suspension and Closure

In addition to the activities above, an account may also be suspended or permanently closed for the following reasons: providing false information, failing to cooperate with identity verification, disrespectful behavior toward our staff, or receipt of a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

6. Responsible Gaming

11.2 Termination

Users may request to close their account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed, though any unresolved bonus funds may be forfeited. In the event of a serious breach of these Terms, bk9911 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice.

11.3 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with international online gaming law. Any disputes will be resolved within that legal framework.
